Before I began my journey in the field of medicine, i was a student of the culinary arts and i am very passionate of how raw materials are processed to become good tasting things.I read a lot of cookbooks and recipes way back before college and before being formally introduced to photography.
Last July 25, I saw a person in the road eating some food. he was not well-off, Actually he was a scavenger. This photo project is not just about featuring the best tasting food in town nor just about to feature how these food are made. But to have a lasting impact in the community, that we must not waste the things that we eat. Appreciating every bite, every sip and every moment each spoonfuls of our meals.
