A very healthy rich in magnesium pasta



I saw a program in the television that "mackerel" is rich in magnesium. So I had made a pasta just about the right magnesium content our body needs. I used two cans (150 grms) of mackerel sauteed it with oil and garlic and mushrooms for a minute. Added some salt and "Mccormicks" herb and garlic mix. Added some water and was simmered for five minutes. after that I added some corn starch to thicken the sauce. simmered then mixed with the pasta. I was very much overwhelmed when I saw some leftover cheese at home and well, I added lots and lots of it on top. What a great meal for the day. try it.
