Paving the Road for My God

Sunday service at EBC a Campus Crusade southeast Asia regional trainer went to preach. well, he tackled about paul and timothy and their efforts to pave the road for the Master by discipling and by sharing the Gospel all over the world. He said that the first roman convert in philippi was a girl. Lyria or Lydia, the name just slipped my mind. anyway, he then told us about encouragement because of the incidence of paul being persecuted and being jailed by the people in philippi. hile he was there, paul was still worshipping the lord. Great heart for a man being persecuted, still his vision of God was not impaired and still he had time to worship him. I think that is commitment.
Also at the service, I encountered in the song the concept of paving the way for God. What can we do to make the coming of God in the lives of other people? having a good relationship to them? having the gospel be shared to the people?what must we do? maybe the answers to these questions can be answered by you personally and apply them in your life. also he said that at CCC we make preachings with action points at the end and not just preach. sometimes we love the concepts be discussed but we are bogus at application. but application is more superior that just pure head knowledge. maybe at math head knowledge is good but at engineering science when you're computing for values application is way important.(i learned this from kuya paul)
After the service, i went home and got my laptop, got some cash and went somewhre to grab a bite, then i saw this kid selling "walis ting ting". she went inside and had some water for herself then she asked ate if how much the cola was, then my heart just melted when she ran and grabbed her stuffs without even having a sip of the cola for she did not have enough money to purchase it. The next kid i then saw and he was the one asking for some coins butb instead i gave him some bread. It is better to give bread than money because they may use it for gambling. So now i went to boston, got some coffee and well, blogged some of the things that had happened to me.

life is like a great meal. It is composed of wonderful ingredients we call experiences, made through different processes we call growth and made by the Chef we call God. i'm an amateur cook and i would like to share some of my favorite recipes and some experiments. I only judge base on a personal preference. I believe that good food comes from a good heart.
