Crispy noodles

Before having a bowl of tasty and crispy noodles, i managed to have a glimpse of the "noon and ngayon" poster of chowking. The photo conveyed that in the past they serve crispy noodles in a minimal account and now they are serving it in a large amount that is kinda exaggerated level. i thought it was another promotional game they were doing but they were dead serious of serving that exaggerated height of the crispy noodles.

When we got the meal, i saw that the noodles was the same in amount just like the usual crispy noodles they serve. The only difference is that they served it with more air spaces in between each noodle. it created an illusion that you wee getting a lot but eventually they just packaged it in an another way- showing huge difference fro their past packaging. i think consumers needs to be more vigilant of these kinds of things and see if you are really getting what your money deserve. Eventually, though the physique of the meal was an illusion, the flavors and the saltiness of the sauce and the creamy consistency got through the crispy noodles making it work and I would rate it as a good dish to try out.

life is like a great meal. It is composed of wonderful ingredients we call experiences, made through different processes we call growth and made by the Chef we call God. i'm an amateur cook and i would like to share some of my favorite recipes and some experiments. I only judge base on a personal preference. I believe that good food comes from a good heart.
