I had the chance to view the "Twilight" movie and man, I eventually gave a yawn after the movie. Though I never had the chance to read (or never made an opportunity to read) because of the reviews from my friends and well professionals about the book itself, so I had the notion that it was not that good even when I saw the movie. Maybe I was just influenced by what other said so I eventually had the notion in my mind. But i think the director made a good movie compared from the not so good reviews from others. well, I don't have the right to judge since I never read the book. Then I went to HBO and boom, I saw the credits of "Kung-fu panda". It was rather an excrutiating experience since I never finished the movie completely. I love the cute panda and the cute little baby "tigress" and the mantis and the monkey and every little creature there (i'm still finding out what anima master shifu was, but i'm sure he's a rodent). I eventually said to myself, I rather saw the panda than the bloody vampire in the screen. Then I remembered one of my favorite movies entitled hearts and souls. well, it was a love story (I think). to give you a synopsis:

In 1959, Milo, Penny, Julia, and Harrison board a bus that later crashes, and all of them die but do not go to heaven right away. A baby is born in town at the same moment the bus crashes. The four dead passengers are tied to the baby, who would be named Thomas. For some reason Thomas can see them, and Thomas grows fond of them but when people think that Thomas might have something wrong with him, they decide not to let Thomas see them, which devastates him. Thirty years later Thomas is all grown and a little jaded when it comes to letting people into his life, and the four of them are still with him even though he can't see them. One day they simultaneously appear to him, and stay by his side until each one completes the final task of their personal lives
Sometime Last year I saw the movie and well, I never had the chance to know it's title and then I saw it the second time and payed attention to the details especially the actors. I searched the net and boom! got the name.I was mesmerized of the fact that Life is too short to waste conveyed by the plot of the story.Though secular movies may give us some non-biblical stuff eventually they also convey important things like seizing the day and making most out of everything. It made me asked myself "what if I die today? WOuld there be things I would eventually regret doing or not doing? maybe saying thank you to my grandparents, I love you to someone special or just giving a cup of coffee to a coffee-holic brother" Life is to short and precious to be wasted. we only live one and we only live in moments once. I hope sharing my view on the movie helped you appreciate more of life. GOd gave us this opportunity and don't waste it. make every decision counts, every action better than the last and make every bite of your food be savored until the last flavor it has. Slow down, enjoy life.
