during these times when God is testing a person, one thing that I can think of to release the tension or go back to a state wherein peace and joy can be achieved is through thanking God. Going back to the basic that everything comes from him and that there are more things that we must be thankful being in a distressed situation. I listed things that I am thankful for and I would like to share it to you.1. Family-that provides love, comfort and financial needs
2. Friends- that provides company and immediate help
3. Bible- that will help me grow
4. A home- where i am safe and protected from physical distress
5. food - for energy
6. Clothes- to keep me warm
7. books - to help me grow intellectually
8. healthy body- to live longer
9. encouragement- to fuel my passion.
10.assurance that everything would be fine
11.Most of all a God that gives purpose and life to my days
I encourage you to see how many you have before thinking of how many you lost. because there are more things that you need to be thankful for than worrying about the little loses.
