During one of my quiet time (My time with God, reading the scriptures and praying), God just talked to me. He revealed himself as the greatest help we can have. "God is my helper" Stated in Psalm 54:4. During the week i have lots of troubles, exams to pass, deadlines to beat and papers to be written, uhm... it's really an exhilarating ride. well, college life is never easy, but i sought refuge in the arms of God. I casted all me fears and my weariness to him. Now, I have a big smile on my face since I know that he is helping me in my life journey.

I only judge base on a personal preference. I believe that good food comes from a good heart.
